Shipping Policy

All pre-orders take 1-2 weeks to be processed and shipped.

Pre-order items are made to order, so please bear with us while we get your order ready within the given timeline.

MAYA MARIELL offers domestic and worldwide shipping via DHL/Royal Mail.

UK orders will arrive within 1-3 working days from dispatch.

US orders will arrive within 2-7 working days from dispatch.

Rest of World/EU orders will arrive within 2-11 working days from dispatch.

Domestic (UK) - Free 

US - £15

Rest of World/ EU - £25

Please note that orders shipping outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes and customs clearance charges of the destination country. The customer is responsible for any additional charges that may arise.

Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties beyond our control.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

When your items are shipped out you should automatically receive an email notification with a tracking number. 

If you cannot find your tracking information, please contact us at support@mayamariell.com and we will assist you.

DELAYS

Please be aware that in some cases delivery may take longer than the above mentioned standard shipping times. External factors that are out of our control, such as COVID-19 or international customs processing and holidays, may cause delays.
