Exchange policy

At MAYA MARIELL we understand that choosing the correct size may be challenging which is why we accept exchanges only. Exchanges are only accepted if the item is returned within 5 working days from the date you have received the items. The clothing item must be in original condition:

  • with tags on
  • unworn
  • free from damages
  • free from make-up stains and fake tan
  • original packaging 

If you need to exchange an item contact customer service first at support@mayamariell.com. In your email, please provide us with your name, order number and reason for exchange. We will provide you with a return address. Customers have to cover the costs for return shipment and must ensure that the parcel is tracked. The tracking number needs to be forwarded to the customer service via email once the parcel is sent. MAYA MARIELL is not responsible for damaged or lost parcels.

Once returned, the item will be subjected to a quality inspection and, if it fails to pass, MAYA MARIELL reserves the right to reject the item.

As we operate on a made to order basis, it will take between 1-3 weeks to receive your new item!
